Anne McCaffrey's Worlds is a fan owned site containing infomation and excepts of three of Anne McCaffrey's popular series of Science-Fiction and Fantasy novels. This site contains information on her largest series, the Dragonriders of Pern, as well as two of her more recent and smaller sets the Acorna Series and the Freedom Series. Dragonriders of Pern is the most well known series by Anne, having been traslated into 39 different languages. Anne McCaffrey's work has often brought on discussion on which genre her work is classed under. While her novels often have a great deal of typical fantasy elements, she stresses that eveything she writes is based on science and that, despite the fanstasy present, it should be treated as science-fiction.
